The museum tells the story of the evolution of the baker’s profession, from production, preparation and distribution of bread and pastries. An experienced guide leads you through the museum and shows you some eye-catching items, such as a bicycle used for making ice cream, our unique collection of wooden moulds for speculoos, the Léon Fréderic charcoal drawing from 1889, a Citroen from 1927...
